Our office was set up with a Culligan water service a couple months ago, and in the beginning we had a couple months where we weren't ordering enough bottles for our office. Mitch took it upon himself to increase his load and deliver (and charge us for) extra bottles that he knew we would use when we weren't sure how many to order. We had been under-ordering bottles, and through his experience, he helped us come up with the correct quantity to order. We have had no problems since. Mitch has such a wonderful attitude when he arrives at our office. He comes in with a huge smile and welcoming attitude that immediately makes everyone in the office feel happy. He has genuine concern for everyone's well-being and on multiple occasions he has comforted us if he notices we have had a rough start to our day. When he asks us how we are doing today, he never asking in passing -- he always stops, gives his full attention, and means every word. I have never met someone who genuinely cares for his customers like Mitch.
