Hello, just wanted to touch base with you on your service in the DFW area. We have had a Culligan R/O system for a long time, and have always had good experiences from your technicians. They are always polite, competent, and friendly. Jerry just left after doing our annual service (filter replacement, primarily), and we were once again pleased with your personnel, and their work.

I would like to recognize our delivery driver, Mitch, for his absolutely wonderful service and outstanding attitude. Our office was set up with a Culligan water service a couple months ago, and in the beginning we had a couple months where we weren't ordering enough bottles for our office. Mitch took it upon himself to increase his load and deliver (and charge us for) extra bottles that he knew we would use when we weren't sure how many to order. We had been under-ordering bottles, and through his experience, he helped us come up with the correct quantity to order. We have had no problems since. Mitch has such a wonderful attitude when he arrives at our office. He comes in with a huge smile and welcoming attitude that immediately makes everyone in the office feel happy. He has genuine concern for everyone's well-being and on multiple occasions he has comforted us if he notices we have had a rough start to our day. When he asks us how we are doing today, he never asking in passing -- he always stops, gives his full attention, and means every word. I have never met someone who genuinely cares for his customers like Mitch.

Mitch is our delivery man and could not be more outstanding. I have never met someone so genuinely happy to do their job. He took the initiate when we initially began our water delivery to stop by and introduce himself and make sure we had the right amount of water. The deliveries following that, have been nothing but a pleasant experience showing genuine care and concern to make us happy. Thank you for your work and please keep up the positive attitude, it doesn't go unnoticed!
