...moreJust wanted to give you feedback on my experience with Dakota on his 2 service calls . He has done a great job. I appreciate his ability to listen to my questions and concerns instead of most service calls its a sprint to solve the problem and leave the customer standing at the door with 101 questions still. Dakota also impressed me with this technical skills and ability to tell me about other Culligan products that I might consider now or in the future without coming across as a used car dealer. This is a 2nd home for me and had to drive over an hour to meet Dakota so I feel blessed to have a qualified person like Dakota that can get the job done right the first time to minimize my time . Hope you are taking good care of Dakota so he can service my house in the years to come if any issues or needs arise!
It's nice to have the Culligan water softener at home. Good drinking water, smooth tasty water. Soft water for bath & cleaning. No rust or residue in taps or shower.
