Just wanted to give you feedback on my experience with Dakota on his 2 service calls . He has done a great job. I appreciate his ability to listen to my questions and concerns instead of most service calls its a sprint to solve the problem and leave the customer standing at the door with 101 questions still. Dakota also impressed me with this technical skills and ability to tell me about other Culligan products that I might consider now or in the future without coming across as a used car dealer. This is a 2nd home for me and had to drive over an hour to meet Dakota so I feel blessed to have a qualified person like Dakota that can get the job done right the first time to minimize my time . Hope you are taking good care of Dakota so he can service my house in the years to come if any issues or needs arise!

Just wanted to let you know I appreciated Jerry answering all my questions and doing a thorough job on changing out the water filter on our system. He arrived on time and was in and out in a timely fashion. Jerry was pleasant and professional and I appreciate the service we received.

So far we love our Culligan system, especially the under sink filtration system. It's so convenient to have better than bottled-water quality water coming from the tap. The Culligan company has also been good in that when the Culligan water softener was installed in March, and two bushes died after they had to move them during installation, they paid for the replacement of those bushes.

Mitch is our delivery man and could not be more outstanding. I have never met someone so genuinely happy to do their job. He took the initiate when we initially began our water delivery to stop by and introduce himself and make sure we had the right amount of water. The deliveries following that, have been nothing but a pleasant experience showing genuine care and concern to make us happy. Thank you for your work and please keep up the positive attitude, it doesn't go unnoticed!

This system is as advertised. We are happy that what has been promised has been delivered. Our clothes have remained more colorful, there hasn't been any build up of calcium or water spots, and the taste of our water is much improved. I am additionally impressed that Culligan sent a follow up rep, Thomas Kulpa, to make sure we were satisfied and that the system is working properly. The patience and knowledge he displayed was very helpful.

When Dakota came to our home today to change out our water filters (per our request)--we were just going to ask him to remove the unit, due to poor service under the previous leadership. We were so surprised when Dakota arrived and explained everything that he was doing on the unit. He answered every question that I had. He was so polite and professional. He is definitely an ambassador for your company in displaying dignity and compassion to your customers. Just wanted to say we are staying with Culligan, because of the professionalism that Dakota displayed. This is the first time that we have received "EXCELLENT" customer service with the current company. We were so happy with our service that we signed a contract with Dakota to renew it. Thank-you so much to the new leadership for showing that you really do care about your customers and their concerns.

I would like to recognize our delivery driver, Mitch, for his absolutely wonderful service and outstanding attitude. Our office was set up with a Culligan water service a couple months ago, and in the beginning we had a couple months where we weren't ordering enough bottles for our office. Mitch took it upon himself to increase his load and deliver (and charge us for) extra bottles that he knew we would use when we weren't sure how many to order. We had been under-ordering bottles, and through his experience, he helped us come up with the correct quantity to order. We have had no problems since. Mitch has such a wonderful attitude when he arrives at our office. He comes in with a huge smile and welcoming attitude that immediately makes everyone in the office feel happy. He has genuine concern for everyone's well-being and on multiple occasions he has comforted us if he notices we have had a rough start to our day. When he asks us how we are doing today, he never asking in passing -- he always stops, gives his full attention, and means every word. I have never met someone who genuinely cares for his customers like Mitch.

I am writing to let you know that you have a professional and positive employee, Dakota Keck. He serviced our Culligan system on the morning of December 24th. He was on time, called ahead to let us know he was coming and explained the process of what he was going to do step by step. He also was going to note a future possible storage replacement, if needed. My husband and I again were very pleased with his professionalism.

The service call was scheduled for 11-30-2016 mid morning to early afternoon. The service rep called early in the morning to provide me with an estimated time of arrival and later again when he was approximately 30 minutes out. This continuous updating on arrival time allowed me the opportunity to complete other activities and not be tied to the house waiting and wondering if and when he would arrive...much appreciated.

Upon inspecting the filtration system it was determined that only a filter would be required to maintain the system. He was polite and professional during the entire process. His knowledge and understanding of water systems and system requirements when the water source is a well was very enlightening and provided addition information when I decide to upgrade or replace other components of the system.

Culligan has been great so far. Timmy Kulpe came to test our water today which we appreciate. Everything looks good. Water tastes wonderful. We are very pleased with the system & the quarterly maintenance plan. All your employees seem very knowledgeable and very curteous. If I think of friends that may need water filtration, we will refer Culligan for sure!

Today, 8 January 2016, I had the pleasure of speaking with your young serviceman, Mr Dakota K. He arrived early this morning to take care of a problem with my machine. I was quite impressed with his kindness, knowledge and professionalism. A rare trait found in today's youth. He was very informative about the profession and took care of the problem. When he finished his explanation, i wanted to be signed up, of which, he did. Culligan certainly lives up to its reputation evident by the kinds of people you employ.

I'm very happy and the water is great. The installation looks very good, the guys did a nice job. The cost is reasonable compared to purchasing the home depot system and everything needed to install. I strive to do business with long time reputable companies like Culligan and rarely have any disappointments. Please thank everyone on your staff including you Detective Mike Malone.

Our recent move to Texas left us with water we were not used to. It was hard, very chlorinated (more than our pool) and not safe to drink. One week after closing on our home we called Culligan to install a whole home water softener, and it has been wonderful. Our water is now safe to drink, and I am able to keep the glass shower clean! We could not be happier with our Culligan system.

They are always polite, competent, and friendly. Jerry just left after doing our annual service (filter replacement, primarily), and we were once again pleased with your personnel, and their work.

Dakota was very courteous and did a good job changing my filters and enlighten me of the changes happening to improve customer service in the future. addressing some of the concerns the I spoke about when I called your office the other day. I will install a combination lock on the side gate close to the park. I"ll call your office with the combination. As I am disabled maybe we will have no more delivery's on my front porch. Again Dakota as a first impression, is and asset to your business.
